Plastic Bertrand is the name of scene of the Belgian Chanteur Roger Jouret , born the February 24th 1958 with Brussels of a French father and an Ukrainian mother.

Roger Jouret begins his career as a beater within the group Punk Hubble Bubble which left in 1974 the album éponyme Hubble Bubble (Barclay Records). He meets producer-interprets it Lou Deprijck, with which he from now on will collaborate.
