Plantation

A plantation is, in general, a ground of certain importance planted of cultivated plants. The term indicates more specifically a Farm, founded at the origin by European colonists, under the Tropiques, where food or industrial plants are cultivated in an intensive way, inter alia the Canne with sugar, the Caféier, the Bananier, the Ananas, the Aloe will vera , the Teck, the Cacaoyer, the Coca, the Chanvre, the Pavot and Tabac plants it. Often in the beginning, the plantations employed either of the slaves of African origin like labor, or of the committed servants , the hardly being worth statute better.
