Plant piranha
The plant Piranha is a carnivorous Plante fictitious in the series of video games Mario. It is there an enemy in the majority of the cases. The plants piranha are generally represented by a red or green round head at white points, with a large mouth full with pointed Dent S, on a green Tige.
They are generally dissimulated in a pipe and while emerging at regular intervals. They will bite Mario if it is on the pipe when they leave there. Although not being able to be reached by a jump, the plants piranha are vulnerable to the projectiles (a fireball or a carapace of Koopa Troopa for example). In each episode, they cannot leave the pipes any more if Mario touches one of their edge, however some have an additional capacity: that to spit of the fireballs. In Super Mario Bros. 3 , certain plants carnivores have the mouth turned upwards. This alternative does not spit of fireball.
In Super Mario Bros. 3 they can also be crushed with Mario Tanouki (transform rules itself about it and jump above) and Mario boot.
They appear for the first time in Super Mario Bros. .
Thereafter, a character seemed the queen of the Piranha plants: Flora Piranha. She appears in Super Mario Sunshine . She has like capacities to fly thanks to her sheets, and to spit of mud on her enemies. To beat it, it was necessary initially to make it fall while sprinkling it from water, then to gorge it with water, and finally to crush its belly by a loading the floor.
They also appear in Mario Kart Doubles Dash, on the circuit of Mario and Yoshi.
In Super Mario Galaxy, a vegetable dinosaur appears; Dino Piranha.
