The flat of Know - or Saïss - is vast and fertile a Plaine located at the north of the Morocco, between the Rif and the Moyen Atlas.
One cultivates there olive-tree S, Oranger S, Céréale S, various market-gardening plants…
The towns of Fès and Meknès are located in the plain of Know.
