Pléiotropie

The pléiotropie (of the Greek pleio , several, and tropo , change) appears when a Gène influences several Phénotype S. Consequently, a change of this gene causes several mutant phenotypes. That can be a problem if one seeks to obtain a variety to select a particular phenotype.
