Events

Bertrand of Guesclin, held garrison with the castle of Balluère in 1361, defendant this place with eagerness against Jean de Montfort, duke of Brittany, which had made alliance with the king of England, during the War of succession of Brittany and war the one hundred year old.

It is also said that returning themselves from there from the battle of Pontvallain and being to pass in the vicinity, it was accepted there in 1370, by Jean of Insane, Seigneur of Pirmil and executor of Anne of Brittany.
