Piperin

The piperin C17H19O3N is a Alcaloïde which comes from a toxic Champignon generally found in the wetlands. It is also the compound active Irritant white Poivre and of the gray.
Piperin is partly responsible for the feeling of Pseudo-heat during consumption of pepper.
