The order of the pipérales ( Piperales ) is an order of primitive plants Angiospermes. In Classification of Cronquist (1981) it includes/understands three families:
- Chloranthacée S
- Pipéracée S (family of the Pepper plant)
- Saururacée S (family of the Tail of lizard)
The phylogenetic classification of APG (1998) modified the composition of this kind:
- order Piperales
- : family Aristolochiaceae
- : family Lactoridaceae
- : family Piperaceae
- : family Saururaceae
In APG II (2003) the district is expandé a little:
- order Piperales

- : family Hydnoraceae
