Piotr Kolomin
Piotr Ivanovitch Kolomin was a fighter pilot and Soviet As of the Second world war, holder of the Ordre of Héros of the Soviet Union.
Career
Born the December 28th 1910 in the current town of Dimitrovgrad , it engaged in the Red Army in 1931 and was patented pilot in 1933 with the military college of the Air of Orenburg .After having taken part in the War of Winter, in 1939 - 1940, against the Finland, it was in first line at the time of the German invasion E of June 1941. It had later, as a major (= Commander), to receive the command of the 162.IAP (= regiment of air hunting) and in 1945, named podpolkovnik (= Lieutenant-colonel) it fought within the 2nd face (= Groupe of armies) of Bielorussia.
It was to take its retirement in 1947.
