Synopsis

Pinot is an agent of police force ordinary and awkward in the XIII {{E}} district of Paris. One day it stops an young girl, robber with the car and drug addict, who is originating in the same village as him. It then decides to take it under its wing and tries to tear off it with this life in spite of Tony, his dealer.
