Pino Arlacchi

Pino Arlacchi (Gioia Tauro, February 21st 1951 -) is a Sociologue and Italian Politicien become famous for its studies and its tests on the Mafia.

Biography

Of 1997 with 2002, he was general under-secretary of the the United Nations, director of UNDCCP (office of the United Nations for the control of the drugs and the prevention of the crimes), and managing director of the office of UNO to Vienna.
