It is acted in fact of a selection of best apples of the variety Cripps Pink sold under the Registered trademark " Pink Lady".

The Cripps Pink is a Cultivar very running in the Northern hemisphere. It was created by John Cripps, " Executive Chief Officer off the Department off Agriculture Australia" Western; Apple and Pear Australia Limited based with Stoneville in Australia in 1979 by crossing enters the Pomme Lady Williams and the Golden delicious apple delicious.

The Cripps Pink is registered with the French Catalog of the varieties since 1995 and is also protected by the deposit from a European COV3 (Certificat of vegetable obtaining) since 1997.

Culture

These varieties require one long period of growth under hot climate, which makes them even impossible difficult to cultivate under moderate latitudes. The variety requires few extinction and few Arcure but it is very sensitive to the Tavelure of the apple tree and the ashy Puceron of the apple tree.
