Pinar del Río

Pinar del Río is a town of Cuba and the capital of the province éponyme.

Pinar del Río accommodates the principal manufacture of Cigare S of Cuba with 80% of the national production, in the middle of the greatest zone of culture of Tabac of the country.

Geography

The commune gathers, in addition to the town of Pinar del Río, the hamlets of Conchita , Coloma , Briones Montoto and Las Ovas .

The commune is crossed by Río Guamá.
