Pilgrim of Bordeaux

The " Pilgrim of Bordeaux" or Burdigalensis , is the name given to the first document of pilgrimage in Jerusalem which one has, and who goes back to 333. It is a rather dry list of stations on the imperial roads, intersected with some remarks on what the anonymous pilgrim saw. Its information on the Mount of the Temple is among most invaluable, as the lapis lazuli pertusus (perforated rock) on which the Jews come to cry once per annum (first mention of the cave on which the '' Qubbet will be built be-Sakhrâ ''?).
