Pilaf is a character of the Manga Dragon Ball . It appears mainly at the beginning of the history, and more rarely in the continuation. It bears the name of a mode of Cuisson of rice, the Riz pilaf .
History
It is a small being with the blue skin, which wishes to dominate the world by finding the seven Dragon Balls able to achieve its wish.
