Piers Faccini

Piers Faccini is a Auteur-compositeur-interprète, painter and photographer English.

Born from Italian father and English mother, it moved in France at the five years age.

He was pupil of the Collège of Eton in England.

He started to play London in 1997 publicly. He left his group in 2001.

Faccini began on the London scene in 1997, when it founded with Francesca Beard the group Charley Marlowe, initially to accompany by the texts recited then evolving/moving in a melody line. Soon joined by the percussionist Frank Byng and the guitarist Lucas Suarez, they played London regularly and left a EP: This could Be you . During this period it produces also sound tracks for the BBC and Chanel 4. The group separated in 2001 when Faccini decided to produce its own music.

He sings in English, but he is under contract with Corida, society based with Paris.

Left in 2006, its album Tearing Sky is produced by JP Plunier, producer appointed of Ben Harper for which Faccini played in first part recently.
