Pierre Viette

Pierre E.L. Viette is a Entomologiste French, born the June 29th 1921.

After its science degree in 1945, it enters for CNRS to the laboratory of entomology of the national Muséum of natural history. It supplements its formation while following the courses of Jean Marcel Robert Denis (1893-1969) to the university of Dijon. It leaves for the first time to Madagascar in 1951. It is interested mainly in the lépidoptères.
