Pierre V of Portugal (Lisbon, 1837 — Lisbon, 1861) reigned on the Portugal of 1853 with 1861.
Wire of Marie II of Portugal and Ferdinand II of Portugal.
In 1858, Pierre V of Portugal married Stéphanie de Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.
They did not have any children.
During its reign Pierre V of Portugal endeavoured to modernize its kingdom. With its death it is his/her brother puîné Louis Ier of Portugal which succeeded to him on the throne of Portugal.
