Pierre Olivier

Pierre Olivier (Lille, 1928 -) is a Styliste and painter French.

he enters after the war to the school of the Art schools of Lille and intends for stylism mode; so much coveted painting takes finally its marks.

After its studies, it returns in a Parisian workshop of textile creation: Scaparelli. It is there that it combines its two deep engines by carrying out scarves of which it created itself the models, for.

Then thanks to a purse, it leaves for the Casa Velázquez where there remain two years, then it is Rome and the return to Paris. In 1958, Palais of the Art schools of Lille devotes to him an exposure, the first organized for a regional artist of alive sound. Not supporting the capital more, it settles in the Sum, where it falls literally in love with Natural Dame, and in particular of the trees.

Pierre Olivier enters, since 1966, in the public collections and of companies.
