Pierre Niederberger

Pierre Niederberger , born the February 2nd 1928 with Saint-Dizier (Haute-Marne), dead the January 23rd 1999, French politician, Doctor, was president of the general advice of Haute-Marne of 1984 with 1998.

Biography

It carries out its studies of medicine to Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and obtains its diploma of Doctor in Medicine the October 2nd 1955. It settles with Wassy (Haute-Marne) where it follows its occupation. Married and father of 5 children.

He becomes general adviser of the Canton of Wassy on October 1st 1967, but following the dispute of its adversary, beaten of 2 votes, its election is cancelled the December 11th by the administrative court of Châlons-in-Champagne. He is re-elected the March 10th 1968. There remains then general adviser until in 1998 (re-election in 1973, 1979, 1985 and 1992).

He is a long time rapporteur of the commission of the sanitary affairs and social within the general advice.

He becomes city council man of Wassy the March 20th 1977 and resigns the October 15th 1979.

He chairs the general advice of the November 11th 1984 March 1998 under the banner U.D.F

He is elected regional adviser in March 1986 and is re-elected in March 1992.

The January 23rd 1999, it dies, following an mild heart attack, in the ambulance which transports it to the hospital of Saint-Dizier.
