Pierre Moscovici

Pierre Moscovici is a Politician French born the September 16th 1957 with Paris, member of the Socialist party and elected Député of the Doubs the June 17th 2007.

Biography

Pierre Moscovici is the son of the social psychologist Serge Moscovici and of the psychoanalyst Marie Bromberg-Moscovici. He is titular of a DEA of Economic scenes, of a DEA of philosophy, raises Institute of Political Studies of Paris and former student of the ENA (promotion Louise Michel) where he was the pupil of Dominique Strauss-Kahn. He was besides president of association On the left in Europe founded by this last and Michel Rocard.

He animates the social democrat current within the PS, with the support of militants who had for the majority constant the candidature of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, and implies in 2007 qu ' he could aspire to the succession of François Holland at the post of first secretary of the socialist party at the time of his next congress, envisaged in 2008.
