Pierre Marty, Doctor French, born in 1918 and deceased in 1993.

Biography

It founded the Ecole of psychosomatic of Paris (IPSO) http://perso.magic.fr/ipso-paris/, from which he was the chief consultant then the scientific director.

Instincts of life and dead and psychosomatic

It especially stuck to the “reports/ratios of the Instincts of Life and the Instincts of Dead at the man”. There is assertion of the Instincts of Life at the beginning of the existence, then the Instinct of Death reappears regularly, organizing an attachment unit suitable for each one and which becomes our defense and frame of reference.

Thus live we between these two Instincts a succession of balances and imbalances which are reflected on all the biological levels, until the Instincts of Dead become dominating. A traumatism can all call in question, block the adaptation to a new situation and let the latter occupy the greatest place: the physical disease settles then.

These mechanisms of functional disorganizations, Pierre Marty lit them starting from the lesson of the Psychanalyse and hospital medical observations.
