Pierre Martinet

Pierre Martinet is warrant officer (staff sergeant), agent of the Service Action of DGSE, he leaves the services in September 2001 to work in the private sector, with the service “Safety” of the chain Canal+. Its book Service Action: An agent leaves the shade , published in spring 2005 (Privé editions), causes the scandal. It reveals there that the direction of Canal+ employed it with espionner Bruno Gaccio, editor association of the emission “the Puppets of information”. Thereafter, he discovers the theatrical formation which helps it to continue its reconversion in the civil life.

The outcry caused by its revelations, addition with information which it provides via its book on the formation and the missions of the agents of the DGSE, leads the Ministère of Defense to carry felt sorry for against its former official in October 2005, for “violation of the Secret defense”. He is condemned the June 16th 2006 to six months of suspended sentence and 10.000 euros of fine for attack to the secrecy of national defense.
