Pierre Loutrel

Pierre Loutrel (1916-1946), more known under the name of " Pierrot the fou" , was the first public enemy N° 1 French and one of the leaders of the Gang of tractions .

Born on March 5th, 1916 in a country family from Castle-of-Dormouse, in the the Sarthe, it is characterized quickly by small larcenies before benefitting from the German Occupation to develop its criminal activities.
