Pierre Delanoë , of his civil name Pierre Charles Marcel Napoleon Leroyer born in the 10th district of Paris the December 16th 1918 and dead the December 27th 2006 with Poissy, is a Parolier French.

Pierre Delanoë, honorary president of SACEM did not like the Rap and those which produce it, he thus declared: “For me it is not music, they are vociferations, éructations (...)
