Pierre Cubat
Pierre Cubat (June 15th, 1844 with Alet-the-Baths - October 6th, 1922 with Alet-the-Baths), of his true name Jean Pierre Cubat, was a cook French.
He was cook of the tsars Alexandre II, Alexandre III and Nicolas II.
An armchair bears its name to the Culinary Académie of France, as well as the receipt " nets of Cubat" plate;.
