Pierre Coran
Pierre Coran is Poète and Belgian novelist of French language, born in 1934 with Mons. He lives with his wife the small village of Erbisœul in the Province of Hainaut. An elementary school of Mons bears its name.
He is the father of the writer Carl Norac.
He writes his first texts rhymes at the 9 years age. The poet will be teacher, principal then professor of history of the literature to the Royal Academy of Mons.
With the passing of years and of the books, the vocation of author of literature for youth becomes priority and is seen devoted in 1989, in Paris, by obtaining the first " Grand Prix of Poetry for the jeunesse".
