Pierre Baker (lawyer)

Pierre Fournier is lawyer since 1968; it always was in practice activates, initially like employee of Pitches, Campbell, Pepper, Durand, Riopel & Laffoley, then as employee and of associated at Byers, Casgrain, of 1970 to 1987. In 1987, it founded Fournier Perron, become in 1999 Baker associated, s.e.n.c, then in 2006 Baker lawyers Inc. This last study is made up of three lawyers. He belongs to the Standing Committees on the civil procedure and the info highway. Since 1987, it takes part in the Seminar of techniques of pleadings organized annually by the Bar of Quebec. He is also member of the Association of the Canadian Bar, Division of Quebec, where I took part in work of the sub-commission on the access to the civil justice of 1997 to 1998 and again in 2001; he was sent by this association on mission to Vietnam with an aim of helping the Bar of Vietnam to identify models of structure appropriate to this country, in Kampuchea, with three recoveries, to teach in Lawyer Training Centers and the royal School of the magistrature and Laos, to organize and animate a seminar of techniques of pleading. Within the framework of the missions in Kampuchea, it wrote the training manual (Contract Writing Course Outline) which was translated into Khmer. It moreover assisted, so much as lecturer than of participant in work of the Canadian Forum on civil justice. Lastly, he was member of the Board of directors of the Québécois Association of Legal Information (AQDIJ) and president of the committee of the conference for the year 2000.
