Pierre Akendengué
Pierre Akendengué is a singer and Gabonese poet, born the April 25th 1943 with Aouta (Gabon). It made its studies in France.
The album Nandinpo is the fruit of its meeting with the singer-poet Pierre Barouh, creator of the label Saravah. Nandinpo evokes a Africa sublimated or côtoient song in Myéné, French rhymes, acoustic guitar, percussions varied, influences Soul and cuban. This album is classified in the 50 essential albums of the African music of the monthly magazine world-music Vibrations.
He also collaborated with Hugues de Courson in the album Lambarena: Bach to Africa (mixture of music of Jean-Sebastien Bach and African music).
