Pierre-Nicolas-Louis Leroy, marquis de Montflabert , born in 1743 with Coulommiers (Seine-et-Marne), guillotine the May 7th 1795 with Paris, Place of Strike, is a French revolutionist.

Mayor of Coulommiers under the Revolution, it takes the nickname of “Ten-August” after the abolition of the royalty the September 21st 1792. He is named sworn with the criminal Court created the August 17th 1792 then with the revolutionary Tribunal, set up the March 10th 1793. Judged with Fouquier-Tinville at the time of the lawsuit of the members of the revolutionary tribunal of Paris, he is condemned with fifteen other co-defendants the 17 Floréal An III and is carried out the next morning.
