Pierre-Eugene Rougerie
Pierre-Eugene Rougerie (1832 - February 20th, 1907) was bishop of Pamiers of 1881 until its death in 1907.
Impassioned Meteorology, it devoted its leisures to the research of the origins of the marine airstreams. it also developed several apparatuses of experimentation, called Anémogènes.
Childhood and studies
Born into 1832 within a modest family, her mother dies when it is seven years old, leaving her father (baker) with four dependant childrens. Pierre-Eugene Rougerie then expresses his intention to be a priest, and makes his studies with the small seminar of Dorat then with the great seminar of Limoges. It is ordered priest on October 7th, 1855, whereas it is not 24 years old

- 1855 - 1872: professor for the diocese of Limoges to the small seminar of Dorat
- 1872 - 1877: priest-senior of the parish of Magnac-Laval
- 1877 - 1881: archpriest of Rochechouart
- February 17th, 1881 - 1907: named bishop of Pamiers by the president of the republic (France is then under certificated mode)
