Picpoul
The Picpoul or Piquepoul is a family of Cépage S, mainly present in the South of France and to a lesser extent in the North of Spain. It includes/understands the black Piquepoul, the gray Piquepoul (almost more cultivated) and the white Piquepoul (most abundant). The piquepoul without precision of color is authorized in the composition of the Châteauneuf-of-Pope, the black enters the composition of the Minervois. The soil of Pinet (Herault) produced the " picpoul of Pinet" , white wine AOC Slopes of Languedoc.
