Piccalilli
the piccalilli is a Conserve with the vinegar made up of cut vegetables and spices strong, of which generally of the mustard. The ingredients which compose it can include Tomate S green, cabbage, Cornichon S, Chou-fleur and Oignon S, but virtually, any vegetable can be used. The vegetables are cut of small pieces, they are then bleached and covered with a mixture of mustard, of Vinaigre, salt, Sucre and spices such as the Curcuma, person in charge of the yellow color of much of piccalillis.
