Picasa

Picasa is an American company which produces an application of visualization and organization of Photographie S of the same name.

In June 2004, Google repurchases the Logiciel and proposes it in free downloading.

The software is available in French in Windows version and English in versions Linux and Windows.

In spring 2006, Google launches Picasa Web Album, a new version of Picasa which makes it possible to very easily publish on the Web the photographs stored on its Hard drive and managed locally by Picasa.
