Physical Examination

The physical examination , or clinical examination , belonged to the Medical examination, which makes it possible to the doctor to lead to a diagnosis.
This medical examination includes/understands two stages classically: a anamnèse which makes it possible, by the interrogation, to recall the history of the disease, then a physical examination in the search of physical signs. Sometimes, of the complementary medical examinations are necessary if the two preceding stages are not enough with établissment to the diagnostic.
The physical examination, with the interrogation, is the base of any medical examination, it requires only some instruments and can be carried out with the cabinet or the bed of the patient. It is an essential time, allowing a contact between the doctor and his patient. He however is forsaken in modern medicine, replaced more and more by complementary examinations.
