Phylakopi is an archeological site of the island of Milo (old Mélos), in the archipelago of the Cyclades. It is one of most important Aegean world for the period of the Old Bronze.

Occupied starting from the end of, Phylakopi was subject to the influence of the Minoan Civilization then of the Civilization mycénienne. The most important vestiges are the cyclopean walls, the Mégaron as well as the sanctuary.

Phylakopi was excavated for the first time in 1896 - 1899 by members of the British École of Athens, then in 1911, 1963 and 1974 - 1977 (under the direction of Colin Renfrew).
