Phraortès

Phraortès (Ca -665 - -653), wire of Deioclès, was the second king of the Mèdes and the founder of the government mède.

Like his/her father, Phraortès launched out in wars against the Assyrie, but was beaten and killed by Assurbanipal, king d' Assyrie.
