Phragmoplaste
The Phragmoplaste is formed starting from the blisters golgiennes (of the apparatus of Golgi) of the Dictyosome S which, thanks to the microtubules set up at the time of the mitosis migrate on the equatorial level of the cell. The contents of these blisters (proteins, like the extensine pectic HRGP, and compounds) work out the average plate of the pectocellulosic Paroi. Their membranes confluence and form the cytoplasmic Membrane of each cell girl.
