Photoshop is a Logiciel of final improvement, treatment and Dessin computer-assisted published by Adobe. It is mainly used for the treatment of numeric photographies, but is used also with creation as images Ex nihilo . Photoshop is a software known as “bitmap” (not to confuse with the format of recording) because the images consist of a grid of points called Pixel S. the interest of these images is to reproduce subtle graduations of colors. Description

Photoshop has its own format of project (PSD) (more than one simple format of file). The program also agrees to import and export files of image in the most current formats (GIF, JPEG, tiff, png, ILBM, etc).

Development

The brothers Thomas Knoll and John Knoll began the development of Photoshop in 1987. Adobe marketed version 1 in 1990. At its origin, the program was conceived to handle images digitized thanks to a scanner, peripheral rare and expensive at the time.
