Philomène Omatuku Atshakawo Akatshi

Philomène Omatuku Atshakawo Akatshi is a political woman of the Democratic republic of Congo, member of the Parti the people for the rebuilding and the democracy (PPRD).

Since February 6th, 2007, it is Minister for the Female condition in the government of Antoine Gizenga.

Philomène Omatuku was before in particular Interim president of the Constituent and Legislative Assembly - Parliament of Transition (ACL-PT).
