Philippe de Vendôme
Philippe de Vendôme , the Prior of Vendôme (1655 † 1727), duke of Vendôme (1712 - 1727), wire of Louis II, duke of Mercœur and Vendôme, and Laure Mancini.
For the seven years age, it was provided with the Abbey of the Trinité (42e Abbé and 10th Commendatory abbot). It is only the first of the abbeys which it obtained, without never remaining there.
That it empécha not to have a military career and it took part in several battles. It was also Grand Prior of the Ordre of Malta for France.
With died of his brother, with the pretext that being knight about Malta, it could not have goods, Louis XIV annexed all the goods of his/her brother and it had to be satisfied with its titles.
