Philippe Vigier is a French politician, born with Valence (Drome) on February 3rd, 1958. He was elected appointed 4th district of Eure-et-Loir to the 1st turn of the legislative election of June 10th, 2007.

Member of the UDF, he is mayor of Cloyes-on-the-Dormouse (Eure-et-Loir) and regional adviser of the Center. He presented himself to the legislative elections under the label of the Parti social European liberal.

May 8th, 2007, it confirms its rallying by the presidential majority of Nicolas Sarkozy, after having supported the candidature of Francois Bayrou for the presidential election, by Co-signing the call of 22 UDF deputies in the columns of the Figaro in favor of an alliance with the UMP. June 1st, 2007, he resigned of his president's function of the UDF group at the district council of the Center.
