Philippe Ramette

Philippe Ramette , born in 1961 with Auxerre in the Yonne (France), is a Artiste Plasticien. He lives and works with Paris.

Philippe Ramette is an artist who uses these last years two principal supports to express himself. On the one hand the installation and the sculpture, with which it creates improbable objects or situations, of surrealist inspiration by often using the nonsense with humor. In addition, Ramette puts itself in surrealist situation, composing an image of a landscape of which it will belong to extravagant way, and visually astonishing or astounding (in the literal sense), immortalized by the photograph taken by a professional. It should be noted that these photographs do not undergo any faking, the required moment is just seized, after the realization of the setting in scene.
