Philippe Quéau
Born in 1952 with Casablanca (Morocco), Philippe Quéau is a former student of the Polytechnic school. Qualified engineer of the 3Ecole Nationale Sup3erieure of Telecommunications. He is titular of a DEA of the Information sciences and Communication (Practical School of the High Studies in Social sciences).

Philippe Quéau was research director with the National institute of Audio-visual (INA) of 1977 to 1996.
