Philippe Nogrix

Philippe Nogrix is a Politician French. He was born the June 3rd 1942 with Fougères (Ille-et-Vilaine). Graduate of higher learning of chemistry, managing executive of profession, it was elected senator of Ille-et-Vilaine the September 27th 1998. He is vice-president of the Commission of the foreign affairs and national defense.

He is member of the National Commission of data processing and freedoms since October 2001. He is also national president of the GIP “Maltreated Childhood” since May 2002.
