Philippe Malaud
Philippe Malaud (born the October 2nd 1925 with Paris and dead the October 14th 2007), is a Diplomate and Politician French.
Biography
He is born the October 2nd 1925 with Paris from Jacques Malaud, stockbroker, and Odette Desruol of Tronçay.
He is provided education for at the Ozanam school with Macon, then with the Lamartine College. He turns over then to Paris, with the Lycée Janson-with-Sailly, then with and letter the Faculty of Law of Paris.
He begins his career in the diplomacy as attache, then embassy secretary to Warsaw of 1949 with 1952 and the Cairo of 1952 with 1953.
In June 1958 he becomes the collaborator of Maurice Couve of Murville to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, then his principal private secretary of 1961 with 1967. He is then principal private secretary of André Bettencourt, secretary of foreign affairs of 1967 with 1968.
He is elected Député Républicain Independent of Saône-et-Loire in 1968. He gives up this mandate to become Secretary of State to Public office in the Couve cabinet of Murville, then in 1969, in that of Jacques Chaban-Delmas where he is also in charge of the administrative reforms. From 1971, it is in charge only of the Public office.
In the government of Pierre Messmer (1972 - 1974), he east is to the Public office and service Secretary of State of Information, then briefly Minister for the Information of April to October 1973), because of a conflict with Arthur Conte, chairman of ORTF. He is then Minister for the Public office until in February 1974.
He is mayor of Dompierre-the-Elms of 1965 with 1983, elected general adviser in 1967, then president of the general advice of 1970 with 1979 and appointed again NOR of 1973 with 1981.
He chairs 1980 1987 the National center of independent and country (CNIP) before creating in 1988 the National federation of Independent (FNI), preferring to move away from the CNIP, disputing his general secretary Yvon Briant, whom he judged too on the right.
In 1981, it Co-founds Radio Solidarity with Bernadette d' Angevilliers.
In 1984, it becomes appointed European until in 1989.
He is Chevalier of the Légion of Honor, author of " The revolution libérale" (1976), Philippe Malaud is European president of the world Federation of the twin towns (1973-1977).
