Philippe Lefebvre is a Organiste French born with Roubaix the January 2nd 1949.
Successively organist with Marcq-in-Barœul then of our-Lady-and-Saint-Vaast cathedral of Arras and then of the Cathedral of Chartres, it is named in 1985 titular organist of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.
Interpret talent, it is also recognized like one of largest the improviser of his time.
He was a director of the conservatory of Lille before being named, in 2002, professor of improvisation to the Conservatoire of Paris.
