Philippe Lavaud
Philippe Lavaud is a Politician French, born the July 22nd 1963. Professor of French and history, Philippe Lavaud is member of the Socialist party. He is since March 2004 vice-president of the District council of Poitou-Charentes. In September 2007, it was invested to lead the socialist candidature with the Municipal elections of March 2008 to Angouleme.
