Philippe Kahn (March 16th 1952) is a known Franco-American contractor to be the inventor of the Camera phon, the creator of Fullpower, LightSurf, Starfish and of Borland. Former professor of Mathematical with Grenoble and Nice, it resides today at San Francisco.
