Philippe Gueneley
Mgr Philippe Gueneley was born on November 9th, 1938 in Dôle (the Jura). It was ordered priest on June 29th, 1964 for the Diocèse of Saint-Claude. Named bishop of Langres on December 16th, 1999, it was devoted on March 5th, 2000.
